Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

 

Product Condition

To be eligible for an exchange, products must be:

No Questions Asked

We follow a no-questions-asked exchange policy. However, we appreciate any suggestions or a brief reason to help us improve our products.


Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers will bear the shipping cost for sending the product back to us. Shipping costs will not be refunded or included in the exchange.
  • Nick's Responsibility: If the product shipped is damaged or completely different from what was ordered, we will cover the shipping expense after verifying the issue through picture proof via email or WhatsApp.


Non-Exchangeable Items

Expired products are not eligible for exchange.


Exchange Process

  2. Verification: Provide picture/video proof if the product is damaged or different from what was ordered.
  3. Exchange or Refund Option: Choose between an exchange or a refund.


Replacement and Refund

  • Exchange: Customers will receive a one-time use coupon to redeem when shopping on our website.
  • Refund:
    • For Online Payment Orders: If payment was made via card or similar online payment methods, a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
    • For Cancellations: If an order is canceled, the full payment will be reimbursed.

 

Abuse of Policy

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit or refuse exchanges or refunds in cases of suspected fraud or if an individual has abused our exchange policy.
